Remote Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – Latin America. We are looking for a motivated telemarketer to join our team and call warm leads using a dialer. This role is a good fit for someone who has experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, recruiting, or headhunting. You must speak Spanish fluently and have conversational English. Your English does not need to be perfect, but you should be able to hold a clear conversation and communicate with confidence. What we’re looking for: - Someone who is comfortable talking on the phone, knows how to handle objections, and has the ability to push the conversation forward in a professional way. - This is not just reading a script — we need someone who can think, respond well, and know what to say at the right moment.
