You'll bridge the gap between product and customer, customizing implementations to solve specific business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients to understand technical and business requirementsCustomize, configure, and deploy solutions within client environmentsBuild integrations between the product and client systemsTroubleshoot issues on-site (virtually or in person) and provide rapid fixesGather client feedback and relay it to product and engineering teamsDocument deployment processes and best practicesRequirements3+ years of experience in a client-facing engineering or solutions roleStrong software engineering fundamentals across at least one stackExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly to new environmentsExperience with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting production systemsNice-to-HavesExperience in a startup or fast-paced client-deployment environmentFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practicesWillingness to travel or work flexible hours across time zones
