We are looking to continue to grow our recruiting team.Fully remote recruiting role with uncapped commissions, very few meetings and no micro management.95% of our placements are with direct clients (no VMS/MSP) which means quick interviews/offers and not having to pay those 6-10% rips.We really need a hunter—someone hungry to go work hard to build up their own pipeline to help us continue to break new traveler on assignment records.Ideal candidate will have travel therapy recruiting experience; open to connecting to anyone with a proven recruiting background in healthcare.
