Job Title: US Accounts Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to US payroll, invoicing, and workforce management processes, with the ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end invoice processing and billing cycles using QuickBooks Online.
• Support US payroll processing through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Handle timesheet collection, validation, and follow-ups with consultants and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and US-based employees/consultants for payroll and billing queries.
• Assist in reconciliation, reporting, and audit-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Working knowledge of ADP payroll systems.
• Familiarity with CEIPAL Workforce (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with US stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
