Responsibilities

Odoo Business Analyst & AI Automation Specialist for LA SIESTA GmbH, a family-owned premium hammock brand in Germany. Full-time, ongoing, 100% remote. Working hours must overlap CET plus/minus 2 hours. Working language English or German. Required skills: Odoo (3-5 years hands-on, functional and technical, Odoo Studio, server actions, automated actions), Python, API integrations, ERP implementation, Odoo version upgrade and migration (Odoo 14 to 19, multi-company consolidation), business analysis, requirements gathering, project management, AI automation with Claude, MCP server development, data migration, product master data management. Valuable: Shopify integration, Amazon Seller Central integration, German language, manufacturing, inventory and logistics modules, ticketing and service management processes. The person owns our Odoo ERP for two legal entities, builds connectors to Shopify, Amazon, our Odoo B2B shop and logistics partners, and builds AI-supported automation on Claude. First project: time tracking, absence and vacation planning and core HR administration in Odoo. This is not a helpdesk or first-level desktop support role.
