What you'll do:Write expert-level prompts in Thai across sensitive subject areasApply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversationsFlag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document reasoning behind your judgmentsWhat we're looking for:Native or near-native fluency in Thai + business-level written EnglishBachelor's degree (completed or in progress)Strong written reasoning and high attention to detailSound judgment around sensitive and dual-use informationNice to have:Based in Thailand or Southeast Asia (preferred, not required)Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical contentBackground in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testingLogistics:Immediate start – fully remote, flexible scheduleWeekly payments via Stripe or WiseIndependent contractor roleUnable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidatesMercor is hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English & Thai) to help make advanced AI models safer.
