Responsibilities
Kanzum is an international B2B financial platform and fintech company focused on cross-border business payments and foreign exchange operations. We are looking for a Sourcer / Recruiter who can manage 3–4 vacancies simultaneously and independently build a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.Manage 3–4 Middle+ level vacancies simultaneously.Conduct 25–30 candidate interviews per week.Manage the candidate process across sourcing and initial screening stages.Independently source candidates using LinkedIn, JuiceBox and Boolean search.Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline for assigned vacancies.Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess alignment with the role requirements.Interview candidates and evaluate their experience, skills and overall fit for the position.Present qualified candidates and move them forward to the next stages of the hiring process.Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.Requirements1.5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.Experience recruiting for roles within complex products, fintech, SaaS or other technology-driven businesses.English — B2+.Proven ability to conduct 25–30 candidate interviews per week.Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.Ability to independently build and maintain candidate pipelines.Fully remote work.Opportunity to work with in dynamic international fintech company with growth opportunities.Exposure to a variety of Middle+ roles across different business and technology functions.
