Instead, selection is based purely on a practical, live task to assess your actual marketing and content creation abilities. The chosen applicant who creates the highest-converting ad campaign during this task will be offered an official Marketing Placement with our company. This placement is highly incentivized on a commission basis: 20% commission based on the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated for the company. If your ads convert and drive traffic, your earning potential scales directly with your performance. How the Application & Task Process Works: Final Selection: The best applicant with the highest conversion rate will be chosen for the commission-paid placement. The Task Requirements: Once inside the Meta Business Suite, your goal is to promote something from our site, by creating and scheduling the following three pieces of content: 1 Video Reel: A short-form, engaging video designed to drive traffic and engagement. 1 Image Post: A high-quality graphic or photo post highlighting a core offering. 1 Context Post: A text-driven, high-value post focusing on storytelling, copywriting, or tips that connect with our audience. What All Participants Gain: Hands-on access to a live Meta Business Suite environment. Concrete portfolio pieces showing live content execution.
