We are looking for an experienced SDE-II (C# Developer) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and modern cloud-native principles. As an SDE-II, you will work independently on complex tasks, own features end-to-end, and help drive technical excellence across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance backend applications using C# and .NET Core.Build scalable, secure, and robust REST APIs and microservices.Own features end-to-end: requirement understanding → design → development → testing → deployment.Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.Implement unit tests and ensure high code coverage.Perform root-cause analysis and debug complex production issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.Ensure performance, scalability, and security in code.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards.Support clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements.Must-Have Technical SkillsStrong experience in C# and .NET Core (3.1/5/6/7).Expertise in building and maintaining REST APIs.Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.Experience with SQL Server, writing complex queries, and RDBMS design.Good understanding of Web API security best practices.Hands-on experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, or Dapper.Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with ASP.NET MVC.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, SQL).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with message-driven systems or distributed systems.Docker/Kubernetes awareness.Performance tuning (SQL + .NET).Professional AttributesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ownership mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced, agile environment.Passion for learning and staying updated with modern technologies.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, or cloud technologies are a plus.
