Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. - Coordinate maintenance requests and local vendors. - Manage leasing administration through Buildium. - Prepare lease renewals after pricing is approved. - Coordinate property showings. - Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. - Maintain organized records and documentation. - Improve systems, workflows, and operating procedures. - Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and ownership in both English and Spanish. Qualifications: Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Fluent Spanish. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable learning new technology and software. Preferred: - Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses. - Property management, bookkeeping, or operations experience. - Experience with Buildium or similar property management software.
