Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment activities. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. - Ensure timely closure of open positions. Requirements: - 2–3 years of recruitment experience. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
