Job Details: - Job Title: HR Recruiter (2–3 Years Experience). - Location: Hyderabad. - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). - Experience: 2–3 Years. - CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Including PF). - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Job Description: - We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience. - The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple roles. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment activities. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. - Ensure timely closure of open positions. Requirements: - 2–3 years of recruitment experience. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
