Fronte is building the financial system for transnational families. Across Latin America, millions of households live across borders — coordinating income, bills, and support informally.We're starting with a simple wedge: help families manage and pay recurring obligations together. From there → cards, rewards, credit.We're looking for a true full-stack engineer — the connective tissue between our frontend and backend leads. Most of our features touch the whole stack: a tap on the phone, a validated API call, a change in the data layer, a status update back to the user. You'll own features like that end to end, no handoffs.What you'll do:Ship features end to end across React Native (mobile), React (web), and a serverless TypeScript backendOwn integrations with payment, KYC, and banking partnersWork in a serverless AWS stack (Lambda, DynamoDB) with TypeScript infra-as-codeAbsorb work on either side as priorities shift — keep the product moving without bottlenecksBuild AI-first (Claude Code, Cursor) — directing agents to multiply your output across the stackWhat we're looking for:4+ years building full-stack web/mobile products in productionStrong TypeScript on both sides — you think in types, not just write themSolid React, plus React Native or a track record of picking up frameworks fastAI-native mindset — AI tools are already your default workflow, with sharp judgment on where human verification is non-negotiableYou've owned production features end to end: UI, backend, data modeling, releaseYou speak Spanish (strong plus)Bonus points if you're in Bogotá — but certainly not necessaryNot a fit if:You've only ever owned one layer of the stackYou throw work over the wall instead of shipping it end to endYou treat AI-assisted development as an afterthoughtIf this sounds like you — or you know someone who'd crush this — reach out!
