Help build the content engine behind global business communication.

From multilingual content and localization to international marketing and global communication, we work with companies expanding beyond borders.
As our business grows, we're looking for a Content Lead to build and scale our bilingual (Chinese & English) content capabilities—combining AI, human expertise, and structured content operations.
📳 This is a fully remote role, open to Chinese-speaking professionals worldwide.
We're not simply looking for a writer.
We're looking for someone who can build standards, improve quality, and shape how multilingual content is created, managed, and delivered.
What You'll Lead
• Build bilingual content standards, style guides, and quality frameworks.
• Design AI-powered content creation, review, and quality control workflows.
• Develop content systems across websites, sales materials, case studies, social media, and product documentation.
• Review high-impact customer content and maintain consistency across every touchpoint.
• Build terminology databases, reusable knowledge assets, and content governance processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, translators, editors, and AI specialists to deliver multilingual projects.
• Coach content specialists and continuously improve content quality and operational efficiency.
• Research international markets and help shape Landelion's long-term global content strategy.
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has exceptional bilingual (Chinese & English) editing and content judgment.
✔ Understands localization, B2B communication, international marketing, or global brand storytelling.
✔ Is experienced with AI-assisted content workflows and content quality management.
✔ Thinks in systems—building standards, processes, and scalable operations.
✔ Enjoys working across cultures and collaborating with distributed teams.
