In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the daily operations of the business by managing inventory, coordinating purchasing and logistics, maintaining accurate operational data, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and processes run efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, support key operational initiatives, and help strengthen the systems and processes that enable the business to scale. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.ResponsibilitiesSupport weekly EOH (end-on-hand) and sell-through updates and Slack channel announcementsHelp spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, and flag stock-out risk and reorder pointsSupport monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing approved marketing promosTrack order ETAs and help align timelines across teamsOwn day-to-day contact for our global network of suppliers (China, Korea, USA), placing orders, and confirming delivery datesTrack all assigned ClickUp tasks and ERP “Fulfil” POs; coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders for importing products to the US and domestic carriersManage PO and Shipping processManage vendor invoices and payment requestsPartner closely with internal departments to drive task completion and maintain alignment on production timelinesKeep PO/Shipping status updated and current for cross-team visibilityContinuously evaluate operational workflows to innovate, build, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Loom walkthroughsAssist leadership and the OPS team with ad-hoc projects, administrative needs, and new business initiativesQualifications2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or data-heavy operational roles within a fast-paced e-commerce environmentAdvanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite)Highly comfortable managing large data sets, analyzing complex data and formulas, and maintaining data integrityExperience coordinating with domestic and/or international suppliers/vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PLKnowledgeable in project management such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and IMS/WMS/ERP tools such as Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc.A process-first mindset, follow SOPs closely, and improve them when you spot improvementsStrong administrative skills and proven reconciliation capabilities for addressing inventory discrepancies and resolving procurement issuesDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partnersProven ability to skillfully coordinate with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, international shipping, and navigate logistical challenges head-onCapable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and maintaining alignment across leadership teamsBonus: has used AI (Claude, Viktor, or similar) to help build spreadsheet formulas, simple automations, or documentationOur Company Benefits:Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceRemote-first opportunityPTO + paid holidaysStipends for fitness and continuous learningDiscounts on iRESTORE ProductsHigh-visibility role with opportunities for career growthCollaborative, fast-moving team that values initiative and ideasAnd more!
