This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. Licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or MSW supporting adolescent behavioral health, consultation, crisis intervention, assessments, and training.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consultation.Support ROCA/ROTA assessments.Review records and prepare recommendations.Develop reports and training materials.Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.Required QualificationsLicensed psychiatrist, psychologist, or MSW; 10+ years with adolescents and young adults.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.Preferred QualificationsJob Corps, behavioral health, trauma-informed care.
