Working through the Talent Community Committee and delivery partners, it aligns cross-functional efforts, establishes clear product goals, manages tradeoffs, and drives continuous improvement, using data to support broader organizational goals.Competitive CompensationResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Translate Talent Community strategy into clear product goals, success measures, and backlog priorities.Own and maintain a transparent backlog and roadmap, prioritizing by value, effort, risk, and dependencies, and pushing back on misaligned requests to protect focus and capacity.Run the Talent Community Committee cadence for intake, prioritization, decisioning, escalation, and dependency management, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, constraints, and rationale.Define and communicate the Talent Community product goal(s) and success measures, aligned to business priorities.Publish outcome readouts tied to KPIs and experiments (what changed, what moved, what’s next) and use the insights to re-prioritize.Define “ready” work by turning needs into clear backlog items with user stories and acceptance criteria for features, enhancements, and workflows. Partner with cross-functional owners to clarify scope, manage tradeoffs, and ship high-quality iterations that deliver measurable value.Represent the candidate/Staffer voice in prioritization and decision-making across the product lifecycle.Lead continuous improvement by using candidate/Staffer feedback and performance data to identify friction, run pilots/A/B tests when appropriate, scale what works, and stop what doesn’t.Requirements: 3+ years in a Product Owner (or equivalent) role with backlog ownership and demonstrated prioritization authority.Experience defining success metrics (KPIs) and using performance insights to reprioritize roadmaps/backlogs.Familiarity with experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, segmentation/cohorts, funnel analysis).Experience leading cross-functional governance (cadences, decisioning, escalation, dependency alignment) and managing stakeholder tradeoffs.Experience partnering with technical delivery teams in iterative environments (preferred).Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle programs, or talent development (preferred).Key Skills: Technical (Required)  BI and dashboard literacyExperimentation and measurementData interpretation and insight communicationRequirements documentationData quality and governance basicsTechnical (Preferred)  Data querying literacyAutomation/analysis tooling familiarityVersion control familiarityData pipeline and integration awarenessTransformation framework awarenessBehavioral (Required)  Business acumenStakeholder managementCoaching and feedbackSoftware and Tools Required: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner), Workday, Copilot.Work Shift:8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages:English, SpanishReady to dive in?
