You'll own cross-category marketing projects and make sure every piece of communication fits the bigger picture.Here's what you'll be working on:Drive branding initiatives that align with business goalsWork closely with local marketing managers to build tactical marketing plansLead development of marketing materials that are clear, consistent and on-brandCollaborate with creative, design, and production teams (both in-house and external)Coordinate with internal departmentsTrack timelines and budgets to ensure everything’s delivered on pointPartner with promo partners on joint marketing activitiesEvaluate the performance of campaigns and suggest improvementsMonitor competitors and trends to spot new opportunitiesMake sure all content meets brand identity and communication guidelinesSupport legal and finance documentation with help from our coordination teamYou're a great fit if you have:University degree in marketing, advertising, economics2 - 3 years of work experience in marketing communications or creative agencies as a senior managerHighly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlinesAbility to manage and coordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skillsA well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skillsEnglish – B2 or higherRussian – native speaker
