The pace You'll ship dozens of assets a week across two or three accounts. Concepts get killed. Your third version is usually the one that runs. If you need a week alone with an idea, you will hate it here. What you get that most studios won't give you The numbers. You'll see how your creative performed, which hook held, what it cost to acquire, which of your concepts is still running six weeks later.
