This is a hands-on role where you’ll set strategy, own revenue outcomes, and shape how we drive growth for our most ambitious clients.What You’ll DoLead and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid search platformsLaunch campaigns, run experiments, and iterate based on performance – fastPromptly respond to clients via Slack, email and other mediumsMeticulously build and optimize campaignsProactively create strategy that is rooted in data and trendsTranslate business goals into testing roadmaps and actionable media plansMonitor performance, proactively troubleshoot, and pivot strategy when neededRegularly present insights and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the Paid Social team managing other channels like Meta and LinkedInCollaborate with analysts, creative strategists, and designers to deliver resultsMaintain airtight project tracking, deadlines, and communications – without being chasedWhat Success Looks LikeHitting or exceeding client KPIs (ROAS, CPSQL, etc.)Strong testing velocity with data-backed iterationClients trust you as a strategic partner and turn to you for guidanceInternal teams trust your ownership – you don’t drop ballsYou flag risks early, bring solutions, and drive resolutionWhat Makes You a FitWe’re not looking for someone who just knows how to launch ads.
