We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ABA Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other clinical staff.If you have experience recruiting within the healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA industry and enjoy building relationships with candidates, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for ABA clinical and administrative positionsSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processDevelop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top ABA talentBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsTrack recruitment metrics and provide hiring reportsEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesPromote a positive candidate experience and employer brandQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA servicesStrong understanding of ABA roles, including BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, highly preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platformsAbility to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of ABA industry trends and credentialing requirementsExperience recruiting across multiple statesStrong networking and relationship-building skillsData-driven approach to recruitment and talent acquisitionHow to ApplyIf you're interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to carla@streamlinedstaffing.com.Important: Applicants without relevant recruiting experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA services will not be considered.
