Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related issues.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth within the organization.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking to maintain a fair and attractive compensation structure.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key HR performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experienced working in a start-up is a plus.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
