Introduction:
Job Title: Senior Content & Social Media Manager (Direct-Response / DTC Health Focus).
Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), EST time zone overlap required.
Location: Remote, Latin America.

This role allows you to own the voice of a brand that is moving the needle in one of the hottest spaces in consumer health. We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based telehealth brand focused on longevity, peptide therapy, and proactive health optimization. We are building a category-defining brand in a sector that is exploding right now, and we are scaling fast this year. This is an execution-first role, not a strategy-only seat. You will not just plan content, you will write it, ship it, and own how it performs across every channel we touch. You will lead copy across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and web, while owning organic social end to end. You will work closely with a designer, editor, growth marketing lead, and outside partners, but at the end of the day, the voice, the output, and the performance of our content all run through you. Key Responsibilities:
- Own brand voice and write high-converting copy across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and web.
- Run organic social end to end on Instagram and TikTok, from content calendars to publishing and optimization.
- Turn organic content and UGC into paid ad creatives, working closely with designers and the performance team.
- Manage community engagement and build relationships with creators, affiliates, and UGC contributors.
- Own lifecycle copy strategy, coordinating with an external email/SMS agency.
- Create on-camera and educational content, and guide creators to scale production.
- Maintain brand voice guidelines and support website/funnel copy improvements.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in content, copywriting, or social media roles (DTC or direct-response preferred).
- Proven ability to write high-quality, high-converting copy across multiple formats.
- Hands-on experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
- Deep familiarity with health, wellness, longevity, and peptide-related topics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution ability.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance content workflows (advanced usage expected).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- On-camera experience creating content.
- Experience working with UGC creators and influencer campaigns.
- Background in telehealth, supplements, or health brands.
- Experience collaborating with paid media teams.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in health-related marketing.
