Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the technical delivery and architectural alignment of our AI initiatives. This is a leadership role responsible for guiding the engineering teams — including a Senior AI Systems team and a Junior Development team — while serving as the technical bridge between AI engineers and the company's broader Software and Architecture functions.Responsibilities:Serving as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead across the teams: organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.Turning technical notes and product input into engineering requirements, tickets and stories that are consistent, complete and technically correct, and registering them across the tracking systems so the teams receive clearly scoped work.Balancing high-speed AI prototyping demands against the structured pipeline stabilization cycles required for enterprise-grade development.Managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating with the wider business — Product, Cloud Ops, DevOps and external contractors — including the accounts, access and information the teams need to stay unblocked.Translating strict architectural guardrails — network isolation, database connection limits, cost-containment — from the System Architects into practical workflows for the engineering teams.Partnering with the System Architects to ensure teams safely leverage AWS services and data read replicas without compromising corporate security boundaries, tenant isolation, or regional compliance.Facilitating technical review sessions to determine the appropriate storage strategy, balancing developer needs against enterprise infrastructure standards.Overseeing evaluation frameworks for multi-step agent workflows to ensure deterministic behavior and eliminate unhandled hallucinations.RequirementsMust-Have Requirements:7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership3+ years leading engineering or technical teamsProven track record running agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across multi-tiered or split engineering teamsWorking familiarity with LLMs and enterprise-scale systemsExperience partnering with System Architects and cross-functional groups — product, cloud and infrastructure ops, and external contractors — to unblock engineering teamsStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience negotiating architectural and infrastructure decisions on behalf of engineering teamsNice-to-Have Requirements:Hands-on implementation experience with Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph, or LlamaIndexFamiliarity with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AWS Step Functions, or equivalent) at an architectural governance levelWorking knowledge of Amazon Bedrock APIs, Guardrails, and Knowledge Base configurationsUnderstanding of vector retrieval strategies (pgvector, Amazon OpenSearch/Elasticsearch) and in-memory data stores (Amazon MemoryDB / Redis OSS / Valkey)Experience designing for idempotency and stateful rollback in distributed AI pipelinesBenefitsRemote work13 floating holiday15 vacation days per year completedGood working environmentEvery qualified candidate who meets the requirements outlined in the job description will be considered in this hiring process without distinction.Furthermore, Jalasoft is an equal opportunity employer.
