About AlephAleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions.Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).🔍 What we're looking forAleph is looking for an Engagement Manager, Private Equity to work hands-on with finance teams at PE-backed companies as they implement Aleph. You'll go deep on their financial infrastructure, onboard them onto the platform, and become their primary point of contact as they expand across core FP&A workflows, e.g. reporting, budgeting, headcount planning. This role sits at the intersection of finance expertise and customer partnership. You'll spend meaningful time in spreadsheets and financial data -- but the job is ultimately about making customers successful, not just the technical work.👷 What you’ll be doingOnboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflowsBecome the trusted point of contact for finance teams as they expand their Aleph implementationIdentify adoption gaps and drive usage across your customer portfolioSurface customer feedback to product and engineering -- your input shapes the roadmapHelp make onboarding repeatable and reliable as we scale📝 About you3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity (PE-backed company or fund-side)Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skillsOwnership mentality; you don't wait to be told what needs fixingClear communicator who builds trust quickly with finance stakeholdersComfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in parallelComfortable on a remote teamEarly-stage startup experience a plus🌞 Additional Information, Perks + BenefitsWhile this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.Fully Remote in the US, CAN, and LATAMFlexible hoursUnlimited PTORegular, in-person RetreatsProvided MacBook Pro or LenovoFully paid Health Insurance (US Employees)Guideline 401(k) (US Employees)Compensation Range: $72K - $176K
