If you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a passion for quality assurance withs is your opportunity to make a significant impact!DutiesDevelop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test automation scripts for web, mobile (Android and iOS), and desktop applications using tools like TestNG, Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber.Lead functional, system, regression, performance (using LoadRunner), load testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software functionality against business requirements.Design and implement automated testing frameworks utilizing scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, and Bash to streamline QA processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and DevOps to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of testing into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).Conduct root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases; communicate findings effectively for prompt resolution.Manage defect tracking using tools like HP ALM, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), or GitLab; prioritize issues based on severity and impact.Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps to facilitate rapid release cycles while maintaining quality standards.Perform mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms; utilize emulators or real devices for comprehensive validation of mobile apps’ functionality and performance.Analyze test results using SQL (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and data analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues; prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.Participate in requirements gathering sessions; translate business needs into effective test strategies ensuring thorough coverage.QualificationsProven experience in software quality assurance within IT environments with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and scripting languages including Python or JavaScript.Solid knowledge of API testing using RESTful APIs and SOAP web services; familiarity with Postman or similar tools is advantageous.Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter; experience with system performance tuning is preferred.Strong understanding of version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN; experience integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.Expertise in mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms; familiarity with Appium is a plus.Ability to perform root cause analysis through debugging techniques and SQL queries across multiple database systems like MySQL or Oracle.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; strong attention to detail in test case design and execution.Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and articulate issues clearly; experience supporting technical troubleshooting is desirable.Join us if you're eager to shape the future of quality assurance by leveraging your technical expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to innovation!
