To learn more visit www.hint.com/company.We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one of the Clinical Engineering teams responsible for building and scaling our Clinical EMR workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing, coaching, and developing engineers, while also contributing directly to code in a focused, pragmatic way.You’ll work alongside a tech lead and engineers, supporting them in decision-making and creating an environment where the team can do its best work. You will write code regularly, contribute to features, pair with engineers, review work, and help unblock technical challenges.
