Working closely with our colleagues at Bad Robot Productions, our projects unite our extensive network of games, TV, and film industry talent to create original IPs, expansive worlds and tell new stories across all media platforms which are as fun to watch as they are to play.Bad Robot Games is looking for a Lead Producer who is project management oriented and can guide a production team from development through a successful ship and beyond. This is an opportunity to join our exceedingly collaborative and experienced team at a critical stage of development and have a direct impact on 4:Loop. You will be a senior voice in the production org, keeping teams aligned, unblocked, and moving with purpose from pre-launch through ship.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with all project teams to drive them toward delivery, serving as a connective force across disciplinesServe as the primary production point of contact for department leads, ensuring no team is operating without clarity on priorities or timelinesPartner with the Executive Producer to define and uphold the production philosophy and ways of working across the studioEstablish and maintain multiple roadmaps and high level schedules that account for all phases of development through launchEvaluate priorities, scope, staffing, and resources, thoughtfully adjusting strategies to react to changing requirementsChampion, mentor, and support the professional development of producers and the broader production team along with the Executive ProducerBring clarity to ambiguity by defining creation pipelines, tracking work, and establishing clear communication pathways across disciplinesFacilitate and document outcomes and action items for team meetings, discussions, and breakoutsFoster strong connections to ensure the consistent and timely exchange of information and materials among all relevant partiesMaintain a clean, up to date project backlog in Jira, assisting with task organization, prioritization, and trackingMitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they ariseDrive team culture by initiating, fostering, and maintaining positive working relationships across a distributed teamContribute to the broader production organization, sharing process improvements and tooling across the studioKEY QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of experience in production, with at least one year as a Senior Producer on a shipped game title, ideally on Unreal and for PlayStation and PCShipped at least one title as a Lead Producer, with extensive knowledge of the full cycle of productionExperience managing and mentoring other producers and supporting their growthExperience driving products remotely across a distributed teamExperience with multiplayer games and an understanding of what it takes to ship at scaleStrong communication, writing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplinesProficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Miro, Slack, and DiscordExcellent project management skills including task prioritization, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder managementStrong change management and conflict resolution skill setAll of our roles require up to 10% air travel.
