This role drives profitable growth, underwriting discipline, and operational execution across both their own portfolio and the broader underwriting team.The position partners closely with senior leadership, distribution partners, and cross-functional teams to execute underwriting strategy, maintain strong broker relationships, and support the continued scaling of the organization.
