Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Handle technical escalations that currently reach our COO, allowing him to focus on strategic initiatives. - Lead Microsoft and infrastructure projects end-to-end, including tenant migrations, Intune and Autopilot rollouts, Exchange and SharePoint management, server migrations, network builds, and security hardening. - Mentor three junior technicians. - Lead the on-call rotation. - Triage tickets requiring senior-level attention. - Scope Intune and Autopilot rollouts for new clients. - Collaborate with junior technicians to resolve deployment failures and document solutions in Hudu. - Assist with lower-level tickets to ensure client satisfaction and operational continuity. - Manage incidents, such as credential compromises, from start to finish, including writing executive summaries for non-technical stakeholders. Work Environment: - Escalations are the primary focus, but project work and team support are also integral parts of the role. - Contribute to various tasks as needed within a small team environment.
