Role: Senior UHF RFID IC Design EngineerWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior UHF RFID IC Design Engineer to join our advanced semiconductor design team and lead the development of next-generation UHF RFID silicon solutions.Mandatory Requirement:Candidates must be part of the IC Design Team and should have hands-on experience in chip design/architecture.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design UHF RFID tag and/or reader ICs.Develop RF, analog, mixed-signal, and low-power digital circuit blocks.Optimize energy harvesting, backscatter communication, sensitivity, and power consumption.Collaborate with antenna, firmware, verification, and product engineering teams.Drive silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and production support activities.Required Skills & Experience:MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.8+ years of experience in RF, Analog, and Mixed-Signal IC Design.Proven tape-out experience in RFID, NFC, wireless connectivity, or ultra-low-power SoCs.Strong understanding of UHF RFID (EPC Gen2 / RAIN RFID) systems.Experience with Cadence design tools, silicon validation, and lab characterization.Preferred Qualifications:Direct experience designing RFID Tag or Reader Silicon.Expertise in RF front-end design, rectifiers, oscillators, PLLs, ADCs, and low-power architectures.If you have a passion for cutting-edge semiconductor innovation and RFID technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
