To date, the company has raised approximately $75 million in equity capital.OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation of our most strategic, high-value customers. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality implementation experience for a focused book of 5–7 enterprise clients, ensuring strong foundations for long-term partnership and success.This individual is a highly skilled project manager, a clear and confident communicator, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. They bring strong attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes both internally and externally.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of 5–7 enterprise and strategic customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoffAct as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including senior and executive-level partnersDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across complex, multi-workstream implementationsDrive cross-functional alignment across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful executionProactively identify and mitigate risks, managing escalations with urgency and clarityLead effective, structured communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including regular status updates and executive readoutsEnsure a high-quality customer experience, balancing speed with accuracy and attention to detailContinuously improve implementation processes by identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities for scalabilityServe as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and complex decision-makingQualifications6–8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environmentsProven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations with multiple stakeholdersExceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive audiencesDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsHighly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authorityFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid approaches)Nice to HaveExperience working with enterprise clients or strategic accountsBackground in HR tech, fintech, or benefits platformsExperience building or refining implementation processes at scaleWhat Sets This Role ApartOwnership of a small, high-impact book of businessExposure to complex, strategic implementations with significant visibilityOpportunity to shape and influence implementation best practices for enterprise customersHigh level of autonomy, trust, and cross-functional influenceWhat We Offer95% coverage of medical, dental, and visionFantastic benefits (of course 😃), including:$250 WFH setup (one time)$500/year Learning & Development Benefit$150/month cell phone + internet$100/month Wellness$100/month Co-working and Commuter BenefitWe offer several team onsites a yearFlexible PTOAt Benepass, we are working towards reimagining how companies take care of their people.
