About the jobWe are looking for an Internal Audit Head for our Fintech client.Salary: up to 200kSchedule: Monday to Friday, dayshiftSet-up: RemoteIndustry: FintechThe Head of Internal Audit is responsible for the overall audit project management activities of the bank and ensures the operations of the bank complies to the major regulations by implementing thorough assessments.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize internal audit processes based on risk assessmentsPlan, develop, and scope the audit test planPerform independent and reliable assessments of the effectiveness of the bank’s risk management activities and its internal control environmentReview internal processesEvaluate and examine the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal control systemsReview processes of external partnersMonitor exceptions and reports and provide feedback to partner-facing teamsSystems/IT auditBoard reportingResponsible for resolving material issues and giving relevant recommendations to Senior ManagementReporting audit resultsEnsure adequate AML coverageReview AML CTR and STRAs per regulation, this position will report directly to the independent Risk and Audit Committee of the Bank.
