We produce content that educates, builds trust, and drives leads across multiple platforms. About the Role We're looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team on a freelance basis. You'll handle a variety of marketing content, from podcast episodes to paid ads, working directly with our team to deliver polished, on-brand videos consistently. What You'll Be Editing Talking-head and testimonial videos Podcast recordings (video format) Paid ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Property tours and real estate walkthroughs Short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) What We're Looking For 2+ years of video editing experience Strong portfolio showing marketing or real estate content Proficient in any professional video editing software Sharp eye for pacing, captions, music, and brand consistency Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Fluent in English (spoken and written) Nice to Have Experience with real estate or personal brand content Knowledge of current social media trends (hooks, formats, retention) Experience editing paid ad creatives
