This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Client Services.Responsibilities and DutiesLead and Mentor a Team of HubSpot Consultants: Empower and guide a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development. Delegate tasks strategically to leverage individual strengths and ensure project success.Drive Solutions for Complex Client Challenges: Analyze client needs, design and implement tailored HubSpot solutions, and document processes clearly and comprehensively.Champion Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure they achieve their business goals.Foster Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and stay informed about HubSpot updates and new features.
