Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: - We are looking for a Business Process Consultant with ServiceNow experience to support process design and optimization for Broadband product operations. - The role involves working closely with operations and functional teams to define future-state workflows and improve agent experience. Responsibilities: - Define and optimize end-to-end business processes for agent workflows. - Collaborate with operations teams to understand current processes and identify gaps. - Design future-state workflows based on playbooks and operational requirements. - Translate business needs into functional requirements and success criteria. - Support solution design, testing, and user adoption activities. - Work with ServiceNow teams to align process improvements with platform capabilities. Required Skills: - Experience in business process consulting / process improvement. - Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow platform. - Strong understanding of workflow/process design. - Requirement gathering and stakeholder management. - Experience in testing, UAT, and solution adoption. Good to Have: - Telecom / Broadband domain exposure. - Experience working with agent operations workflows. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
