As a Scalepex engineer, you will collaborate with international teams, work on impactful projects, and contribute to solutions that drive real business outcomes.Role OverviewThe Implementation Engineer plays an essential role in the deployment and setup of systems within the client’s environment. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and business objectives, translating them into a functional and efficient implementation. You will take an already completed Arista design and configuration and execute the hands-on deployment work. The ideal candidate has basic networking experience, basic Ansible skills (ability to run scripts and identify issues), and preferably some exposure to Arista CVP.What You’ll Be Responsible ForExecute hands-on implementation work based on finalized Arista network designs and configurations.Ensure client-specific requirements are met and compatible with existing infrastructure.Run and validate Ansible scripts, identifying issues when automation does not behave as expected.Perform system and configuration testing to ensure stability, efficiency, and security.Provide clear documentation, including implementation steps, SOPs, and configuration notes.Troubleshoot issues during deployment and provide timely solutions.Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Support post-implementation tuning, adjustments, and optimization efforts.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent training).3+ years of experience in technical engineering roles, preferably in:Data Center environmentsCisco Nexus switchingArista & Arista CVP (preferred)BGPNetwork automationAnsible experience is required (running playbooks, basic troubleshooting).Python knowledge is a plus.Unix/Linux exposure is a plus.CCIE preferred.Experience in financial services environments (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus.Ability to work weekends when needed for migration activities.What Makes You a Great FitSelf-starter with strong ownership and initiative.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivery timelines.Ability to make sound decisions and manage risk effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across levels.Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.BenefitsWork ModelRemote role — anywhere in MexicoContractor schemeYou will be a Scalepex employee supporting a global enterprise client
