In this role, you'll lead outbound prospecting within defined segments, build pipeline, and close new logos, while supporting conversion of inbound interest.You’ll be on the front lines introducing prospective customers to Goody, clearly articulating our value, and driving a strong start by aligning on use cases and guiding customers through initial onboarding. You’ll ensure a seamless transition to our Customer Success team for activation, HRIS/CRM integration, and long-term adoption. You ask thoughtful questions, uncover real use cases, and tailor your approach to each customerStrong objection handling skills.
