This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, with a strong focus on conversion efficiency, attribution, and predictable revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn pipeline generation and acceleration programs aligned to quarterly revenue goalsPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and content syndicationPartner with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead stages, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversionTranslate AI and SaaS product value into clear, pipeline-focused messagingManage campaign forecasts, pipeline targets, and performance reportingContinuously optimize programs using funnel data and attribution insightsRequired QualificationsProven experience in B2B pipeline or demand marketing within a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of AI-enabled products and complex SaaS buyer journeysTrack record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impactExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skillsNon-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
