About the roleArchy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space—giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while Archy handles the more technical sides of running their practice business.Join Archy as a Staff Frontend Software Engineer and help revolutionize dental practice management with Archy’s cutting-edge SaaS solution. You’ll work with the React/TypeScript frontend to deliver reliable, scalable systems that empower dental professionals to focus on patient care. You’ll own the user experience and frontend performance, ensuring the React/TypeScript architecture is modular, tested, and ready for rapid feature releases. You’ll contribute to and own critical product domains, collaborate with a strong team, and see your work directly impact the success of the product and its users.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the frontend technical roadmap, making critical decisions on state management, component libraries, and build tools to support Archy’s growth.Lead the release of major frontend features and product updates; manage the production lifecycle of your domains to ensure a seamless, bug-free experience for dental practices.Integrate AI tools (like Claude) into your daily development process to improve efficiency—using AI as an accelerator while remaining the “architect” with total ownership over logic, security, and architectural implications of the code.Develop and refine the AI-powered interfaces customers use so new product updates are intuitive and high-performing.Architect and oversee the seamless integration between the Java Spring Boot backend and the React/TypeScript frontend to ensure high performance and system reliability.Participate in and lead code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help the team continuously improve.Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and implement improvements.Estimate and plan development efforts for projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with a strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code.Experience with React and TypeScript; Tailwind is a plus.Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment.Ability to articulate when and how to use AI to improve velocity without compromising long-term maintainability of the React codebase.Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance to keep the platform “rock-solid” for users.Customer-centric mindset and understanding that dental practices rely on Archy to keep their businesses running smoothly.Strong collaboration and communication skills; openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents on the team.What We OfferCompetitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses).Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Flexible vacation policy.Remote-friendly culture.
