We proudly celebrate our award-winning team and fully female executive staff.Through our brand’s Possibilities Fund, 1% of all sales are directed to organizations that uplift women in urgent need – while also fueling mental wellness initiatives and mentorship programming.Position Summary:The Account Executive is responsible for managing JENNY BIRD’S exiting West Coast distribution, while driving new account development. We are seeking a self-starter with exceptional communication and relationship building skills who will embody our brand mission which is to empower and uplift others.This role is responsible for driving revenue, supporting account relationships and achieving weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets. The role will report to the Vice President of Wholesale with a dotted line to our Director of Brand distribution.The West Coast Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day account management inclusive but not limited to order book management, conducting market appointments, and supporting store visits and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a proven success record in wholesale account management, strong relationships in the west coast territory and the ability to navigate a dynamic wholesale environment while partnering cross-functionally.Primary Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basisAnalyze selling opportunities and identify reorder opportunities and suggested buys for key partnersIdentify and communicate key areas of opportunity for the territoryLead buyer meetings and collection walk thru’sAct as a brand ambassador to JENNY BIRDManage order book and work closely with coordinators and operations to strategize and prioritize shipmentsConduct store visits, merchandising support and seasonal product knowledgeIdentify prospects and support distribution management, to ensure our partnerships align with our brand standardsQualifications:4 + years of wholesale experienceExperience managing the west coast territory and existing buyer relationshipsProficiency in Excel and Google sheetsAbility to meet deadlines and deliverablesProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partnersExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levelsAttention to detail, accuracy and strong follow-throughAbility to travel up to 25%Team Member Expectations:We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who will lead with empathy, inspire their teammates with a strong work ethic, and support the growth of their peers through establishing relationships built on trust and respect.As a brand, we have seen incredible growth and success through our team’s proactiveness, curiosity, and desire to learn while building.
