About the RoleWe are a manpower agency recruiting on behalf of a high-output digital content client. We are looking for 6 talented Motion Graphics & Animation Creators to join a fully remote, collaborative production team. This team produces visually compelling, high-quality video content covering defense and military topics — including fighter jets, naval vessels, missile defense systems, armored vehicles, and modern warfare technology.This is a fast-paced, creatively demanding role suited for individuals who thrive under structured timelines, take pride in exceptional craft, and are comfortable working within a team-based production pipeline.What You'll Be DoingEach week, the team collectively receives the following from the client every Sunday:Long-form and short-form scriptsVoice-over audioShot listsResearch materialsThe team is expected to deliver by Thursday:No less than 1 long-form video averaging ~10 minutes in lengthNo less than 5 short-form reels of approximately 60 seconds eachYou will be responsible for the full production cycle — motion graphics creation, 3D animation, AI-assisted video generation, audio syncing, and final assembly — working collaboratively with fellow creators and reporting directly to one team manager.What We're Looking ForYou must be genuinely advanced in your craft.
