Responsibilities

Customer Relations Officer – Solar Power Company (Lagos). We are hiring a Customer Relations Officer to manage client relationships, handle after-sales service, and support business growth in a fast-growing solar company. Responsibilities: - Manage after-sales service: maintenance coordination, follow-ups, and customer support. - Own and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. - Build strong, long-term client relationships and drive retention. - Conduct periodic check-ins and identify upsell opportunities (batteries, system upgrades). - Prospect for new customers via cold calls and outreach. - Maintain accurate records of customers, issues, and leads. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement. - Interest in solar/technical solutions (training provided). - Organized, responsive, and customer-focused. Salary: - ₦150,000 – ₦250,000/month (depending on experience). - Performance-based incentives available.
