Licensed Social Worker at Journey To Wellness

We are currently expanding and urgently hiring a full-time LAC/LSW/LCSW/LPC to step into a founding clinician role at our Perth Amboy location. Journey to Wellness has been serving adults in recovery for over 10 years, and we were recently approved to launch an Adolescent Outpatient Substance Use Program (ages 14–17). This role offers a unique structure: Schedule: - Mornings: Working with adults in recovery (individual + group therapy, relapse prevention). - Afternoons: Transitioning into the adolescent program using CBT and Motivational Interviewing. Qualifications: - Given your background in social work, I think you would bring a lot of value—not just clinically, but in helping shape and grow this program, especially if you also have experience working with teens who have addiction and/or emotional problems. Role Details: - Full-time, onsite role (10 AM-6 PM, Monday-Thursdays and 9 AM-4 PM on Fridays) or part-time option (adolescents only in the afternoon or adults only in the morning). - Location: 220 Market Street, Perth Amboy, NJ. - Competitive compensation aligned with your experience. - Strong opportunity for clinical input and program development.
