This fulltime role will work days. Open to remote work. Preferred candidates will have experience and/or knowledge of healthcare billingPurpose of this position: Under close supervision, support the IS&T team in maintaining Epic system.RESPONSIBILITIESResearch, develop, and configure low-mid complexity maintenance and "break fix" solutions in EpicCreate documentation of buildReview, build, test, debug, and document progress of Epic issues in partnership with the TS utilizing the SLG process and release notesAssist in all testing phases of associated applications during routine production change control requestsProvide regular and/or off hour on call support as scheduledPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications:0 year of experienceAssociates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree-OR-An approved equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred Qualifications:Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on technical directions of a solutionAbility to develop, document and ensure adherence to technical standardsDetail-oriented and ability to manage one’s own work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Excellent analytical and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a team member across multiple teamsAbility to independently research and perform analysis to resolve issuesYou've made the right choice in considering Hennepin Healthcare for your employment.
