Role Overview: - We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the digital infrastructure, AI strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and long-term technology roadmap of Service Beyond HR and its ecosystem initiatives. - This is not a traditional IT leadership role. - You will architect systems that protect people, payroll, trust, transparency, and operational continuity across large-scale workforce and community initiatives. - You will work directly with the President & CEO and executive leadership to build scalable infrastructure designed for impact, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Technology Leadership: - Define and execute SBHR’s long-term technology vision. - Build scalable enterprise infrastructure for workforce ecosystems. - Align technology with payroll stability, workforce growth, and operational resilience. - Lead digital transformation initiatives across HR, AI, operations, and partnerships. AI & Automation: - Develop ethical AI systems for hiring, workforce analytics, and operational efficiency. - Oversee automation systems that improve candidate experience and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Build responsible AI governance frameworks. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: - Protect enterprise systems, workforce data, and operational infrastructure. - Ensure compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and workforce regulations. - Build disaster recovery and business continuity systems. Enterprise Infrastructure: - Oversee cloud systems, enterprise platforms, data systems, integrations, and internal tools. - Build transparent reporting systems for leadership and strategic partners. - Improve operational efficiency across recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and partnerships. Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead and mentor global technical teams and strategic technology partners. - Collaborate with HR, operations, finance, universities, government stakeholders, and enterprise partners. - Support ecosystem-wide innovation initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: - 12+ years in enterprise technology leadership. - Previous experience as CIO, VP Engineering, CTO, or enterprise transformation leader. - Experience scaling systems in HRTech, enterprise SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare, workforce, or public-sector ecosystems. Technical Expertise: - Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). - AI systems & enterprise automation. - Cybersecurity & compliance. - Enterprise architecture & integrations. - Data infrastructure & analytics. - Scalable workforce platforms.
