We are a fast-moving real estate investment education company scaling from 12 to 20 high-ticket clients over the next 60 days. I need a right-hand operator who keeps the machine running while I focus on growth. This is not a task-list job. You will own the operating rhythm of the business. Responsibilities: - ClickUp task management. - Weekly recap compilation. - Member communication support. - Calendar management. - Making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Ideal Candidate: - You have supported a founder or executive in a fast-moving online business. - Your written English is excellent, and you communicate proactively. - ClickUp (or Asana/Monday) is not new to you. - You solve problems before being asked and close loops without reminders. - You are based in Latin America and available 8 AM–2 PM EST. Not the Right Fit If: - You need detailed instructions for every task. - You have only worked in traditional corporate environments. - You are looking for a role that grows into strategy or leadership. Role Details: - 20 hours/week, remote. - $900–$1,100/month based on experience. - Path to full-time at 90 days if performance and business growth align.
