Our solutions combine inspections, professional services, and SaaS products to give customers actionable insights that drive safety, reliability, and profitability.The RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our North American sales team. This role is focused on developing and expanding relationships with a select group of strategic enterprise accounts in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on the solar industry in particular. Your territory will include a mix of expansion opportunities with established customers and new logo acquisition. You will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle, from opportunity development through negotiation and close, with a focus on high-value recurring revenue solutions.This is a highly strategic role with named accounts: rather than high-volume prospecting, you’ll work deeply within a handful of key North American customers, managing complex deal cycles, building trust at multiple levels of the organization, and shaping long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across North America.Drive adoption of professional services and SaaS solutions, positioning the value of integrated asset management across the customer’s renewable asset fleet.Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical, commercial, and executive decision makers.Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and executive relationships to expand wallet share.Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customer outcomes are delivered and upsell opportunities are unlocked.Accurately forecast bookings, manage pipeline, and consistently deliver against quota targets.Act as a subject-matter partner to customers, bringing insight from the energy industry and industrial technology markets.Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground: 7+ years in enterprise sales with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.Industry Experience (preferred)Solar energy (software or service sales, or large fleet/asset management), orIndustrial technology/asset management solutions, orPublic utility or independent power producer sales experience, orEnterprise SaaS with complex, long-cycle deal experience.Strong network and credibility in the North American solar, public utility, or independent power producer sectors is a plus.Experience selling into large, complex industrial enterprises with multi-level buying groups.Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with international teams.Ability to travel across North America (20–30%).What We OfferOpportunity to sell innovative solutions to some of the largest players in the renewable energy industryA small number of high-value accounts, giving you the chance to go deep and build lasting impact.Competitive compensation package with strong variable upside.Flexible work environment with remote work option.The chance to help decarbonize the energy system and directly impact the energy transition.
