Our clients have access to more than one million investment products — from bonds and stocks to funds and options.We are growing rapidly and continuously expanding our presence across Europe. We are currently looking for a Network Development and Brand Awareness Manager in Latvia who will support our business development in the region.This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latvia.Responsibilities:Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities;Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts;Conduct market research and competitor analysis;Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships);Support marketing initiatives;Assist in organising and attending industry events;Provide local market intelligence to the firm;Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.Requirements3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;Fluent Latvian language skills and professional English proficiency for international collaboration and cross-border communication.BenefitsOpportunity to work in an international company;Competitive salary;Montly sales bonus;Professional development through internal and external training, certifications, workshops, and seminarsExclusive marketing and networking events for top performers
