We help brands scale through a creative-led, performance-first approach. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who operates at the intersection of storytelling, data, and growth.This isn’t a content creator role. This is for someone who understands that great creatives are not just made - they’re engineered through insights, testing, and performance data.What you'll own:Lead creative strategy for Meta & Google campaigns across multiple D2C brandsIdeate and script high-performing creatives across statics, UGC, founder-led and influencer formatsCraft strong hooks, CTAs, and content angles built for conversionTranslate metrics like CTR, CPM, hold rate, and thumb-stop ratio into creative decisionsBuild structured testing roadmaps backed by performance insightsDevelop audience personas, messaging frameworks, and content pillarsCollaborate closely with performance marketers, designers, editors, and influencersBuild and maintain a creative library of winning ads, learnings, and frameworksWhat we're looking for:2–3 years of experience across creative, content, or strategy with strong exposure to performance marketingUnderstanding of Meta & Google Ads dashboardsAbility to interpret data and turn insights into actionStrong skills in ideation, scripting, hooks, and storytellingDeep understanding of short-form content and visual narrativesExcellent communication and presentation skillsIf you think like a marketer, create like a strategist, and analyse like a data-driven problem solver — we'd love to hear from you.Send your CV to: marketing@sourcemedium.in
